Payment may be made by use of a VISA CARD, MASTERCARD or DISCOVER CARD. A MONEY ORDER will also be accepted. Money orders should be in US Funds only, and must be received PRIOR TO PROCESSING OF YOUR ORDER. Customers who have pre-approved accounts or credit with Raymond Johns Company will be invoiced for their purchases. If you're interested in setting up an account with Raymond Johns Company, print and complete a Credit Application, then mail or fax it to our offices. We will contact you as soon as we have completed the application process, and you will be able to begin ordering online. RETURNS AND CLAIMS1. Absolutely no returned merchandise will be accepted without our written authorization number printed on the outside of each return carton. Please contact our office for this information. 2. All claims must be made within 5 days of receipt of goods. Claims not made during this time limit are subject to denial. 3. Defective merchandise must be returned within 10 days of receipt of goods and must include a return authorization number. Merchandise must be returned in the same condition as which it was received from Raymond Johns Company. 4. The return of any merchandise which is not purchased from Raymond Johns Company is subject to disposal or will be returned freight/collect. 5. In the event of shipping damage, incorrect order shipment, or returns contact Raymond Johns Company at 1-502-587-8818. In the case of returns, shipping fees are not refundable.
